What you need to understand?

  • First of all you need to understand that you are obese/overweight or having average fat.

Diet/Eating part:

This is the most necessary part which you have to follow very properly. All you have to do is to keep unhealthy calories out of your system. Here we will not ask you for doing rocket science. This is very simple and hence effective.For this follow the steps below:

  1. Remove all fat containing food from your diet(ie cheese, ,meat, chicken, ghee, butter etc). Eat healthy food which contain no fat (ie Fruits, Green vegetables, Juice etc)
  2. Don’t eat fast food. This affect most and you will be unable to reach goal if you ignore this. Even once in a while.
  3. Drink a lot of water starting from one bottle empty stomach in morning.
  4. Drink Green tea with honey 30-60 minutes before breakfast.

Workout:

  1. Running for 10 minutes(5-5 minutes).
  2. Spot jumping 5 minutes.
  3. Planks 9 minutes (3-3-3 minutes)
  4. Skipping 10 minutes(5-5 minutes).
  5. Crunches 60(in starting do 10 and increase with time).
  6. Alternate toe touch 60(start with 10)
